These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the MiAssisto service (hereinafter "Service") provided by TEAMO Inc. (hereinafter "we" or "our company"). All users (hereinafter "Users") who use the Service shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows. These definitions aim to prevent misunderstandings in the interpretation of these Terms and promote appropriate use of the Service:
- "Service": The MiAssisto AI Assistant Service
This refers to a comprehensive AI assistant service that includes the following features, which may be updated and improved from time to time:
- AI Assistant Features: Conversational AI capabilities including natural language processing, context-aware responses, multimodal input support, and multilingual support
- Knowledge Base Management: Integrated management of internal documents, automatic indexing, search optimization, and access control
- Chat Interface: Real-time response, history management, and thread management
- Analytics & Reporting: Usage statistics, performance metrics, custom report generation, and data export
- "User": Individual or Legal Entity using the Service
Users are categorized with different permissions and access levels according to the following classifications, which are set appropriately based on organizational security policies and usage purposes:
- Administrator Users: Users with management rights for system settings, user accounts, usage status, and security settings
- General Users: Users who can use basic functions, customize personal settings, create and edit data, and share within teams
- "Content": Information provided through the Service
Content in the Service is classified into the following types, with different handling and rights applied to each:
- AI-Generated Content: Generated text, recommendation results, analysis reports, automatic summaries, and other AI-processed outputs
- User-Provided Data: Uploaded documents, input queries, feedback information, and custom settings data provided by users

- Late Payment Interest: 14.6% per annum

- Notice Period: 2 days prior to implementation

- Alternative Methods: Provided when necessary

- Maintenance: Conducted as needed
- Emergency Maintenance: Implemented at any time for critical issues

- Reproducibility: Consistency of results under identical conditions
- Data Integrity
- Stored Data: Complete data retention
- Transmitted Data: Data loss during transmission
- Backup: Complete backup guarantee
- Recovery: Complete recovery in case of failure

- Scope of Damages
We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the following damages:

- Opportunity Loss: Loss of business opportunities
- Business Interruption: Losses due to service stoppage
- Data Loss: Data deletion or corruption
- System Issues: Impact on user environment

- Consequential Damages: Resulting damages
